Job Description: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: This role is responsible for auditing civil construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and approved project requirements. The successful candidate will perform site inspections, verify workmanship and materials, enforce safe work practices, and maintain accurate daily reports, including progress tracking, inspections, and documentation. This position requires hands-on field experience in civil inspection, strong knowledge of Electrical Utility Safety Rules (EUSR), internal procedures, the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), and applicable standards and guidelines (e.g., MTO Book 7, MCR), along with the ability to independently assess and enforce compliance on active construction sites. - Review issued civil construction drawings and project documentation prior to const...
