Job Description Supply Chain Technology at Nordstrom is foundational to how we get product to customers — and this role sits at the center of it. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you own end-to-end delivery across complex, cross-functional supply chain technology initiatives. You set direction, cut through ambiguity, drive decisions, and hold teams accountable to outcomes. This isn’t a coordination role. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with product, engineering, and business partners to translate strategy into executable plans, influence technical design, and keep programs moving with urgency and rigor. Success here is measured in ROI, capabilities shipped, and real business impact. This role is offered as hybrid in Seattle, WA.
