About the role: This is a pivotal leadership role at the centre of our finance business. You'll head a Mortgage Broking Team of 11, including 6 offshore support members. Great brokers know their stuff. Great leaders help others shine. We're looking for someone who does both, and who genuinely enjoys building the kind of referral relationships that grow a business the right way.
