People & Culture System Specialist, Poznań Role overview: The People & Culture Services is a team of 26 experts working closely with P&C departments within the Carlsberg Group. Our main responsibilities are: supporting the execution of global HR processes, implementing and developing a global HR system for the whole Carlsberg Group, delivering consolidated HR analytics, and managing Leadership Academy training. What you’ll be doing: - Supporting local P&C departments using the system - Solving problems and errors related to the HR Cloud System - Acting as the contact person for queries via phone and email, and troubleshooting problems with the system vendor - Ensuring continuous improvement of the system and implementing new solutions - Participating in HR projects, including the roll-out of our HR Cloud system to new countries - Guiding local administrators in HR Cloud system functionality (e.g., employee central, talent management, reporting) - Developing a local P&C knowledge base and self-service abilities Who we’re looking for: We’re looking for someone who: - Has Fluent English (B2/C1) - Has working experience with HR systems (previous experience with cloud-based systems, e.g...
