WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager who loves fitness and the lifestyle around it. This role partners with our General Manager to effectively manage all facets of the gym location’s daily operations, including but not limited to, hiring, training, developing, and engaging both team members and our customers. You play an integral part in bringing our mission and vision to life. Areas that play to your strengths… - CLUB OPERATIONS: Be the extra eyes, ears, and voice of leadership, applying your understanding of operations and fitness to enhance our daily operations. Work with your General Manager, team, and others to optimize our member experience. - Support the management of our Profit & Loss of your gym, ensuring profitability expectations such as but not limited to, membership, labor, retail inventory, concessions, R&M, and overall operations - Be our ambassador, promoting and staying aware of your specific gym’s social media and digital presence.
