***This role requires the ability to be onsite when necessary and permanently reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or West Virginia*** The Systems Integration II performs work associated with the engineering, maintenance, operation, and support of the organization’s critical System’s Integration Architecture responsible for the secure exchange of health and business data/information between systems, devices and applications both across the enterprise and with external cloud services, customers and partners. Essential Job Statements: Operations: - Analyze data as required to support Integration engineering and troubleshooting efforts. - Monitor integration performance using dashboards and reports. - Monitor and work integration error work queues. - Troubleshoot & resolve integration issues & errors. - Monitor vendor maintenance & release schedules. - Analyze impact of vendor upgrades & new releases in advance of changes. - Evaluate vendor upgrade & service bulletins and take necessary actions. - Update integration conne...
