Compensation: $60,757.00: The Program Manager plays a critical role in the day-to-day management and oversight of specific programs or services within their identified Division. Reporting to the Program Director or Director , this position is responsible for coordinating program activities, supervising program staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to program participants. This role may manage a caseload of their own. Job Functions of the Program Manager role: - Supervise and engage program staff, providing in person direction, guidance, and support. - Conduct regular in person staff meetings to discuss program goals, updates, and challenges. - Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff members. - Address staffing issues, conflicts, and concerns in a timely and effective manner. - Ensure compliance with programmatic requirements, regulations, and standards.
