Warehouse and Distribution Manager

Job description

We are seeking an experienced warehouse leader to help launch and manage our brand-new distribution center in White Bear Township. This individual will play a critical role in standing up the facility by applying strong logistics and warehouse operations expertise to build and develop a team of skilled forklift operators, establish and implement site‑specific standard operating procedures, and take full operational ownership of the location. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with a proven track record of driving efficiency and safety, as well as the capability to guide a new operation from start‑up through steady‑state performance. General Purpose: Provide leadership to warehouse/distribution supervisors and employees and manage all daily operational activities to maximize productivity and efficiency. Oversee the activities related to materials movement or handling, receiving, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking, order filling, shipping, and maintaining stock in a warehouse or similar environment.
