This program offers you time off during the week, increased pay and full-time medical/dental benefits in exchange for working 24 hours (2 shifts) every weekend. This position supports the Med/Psych patient population at UH Cleveland Medical Center on night shift. Apply now for more information. Weekender Program – Salary and Schedule Overview Individuals hired for a Weekender position are required to work two (2) 12-hour shifts between 7:00 PM Friday and 7:00 AM Monday. In return for this commitment, Weekenders will be compensated at 1.5 times their regular hourly rate for these shifts. Individuals in Weekender roles qualify for full-time medical and dental benefits, whereas eligibility for all other benefits is at part-time levels.
