Got what it takes?: This role requires someone who: - Radiates positive and vibrant energy to ensure every customer feels welcomed, informed and appreciated. - Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a flair for customer service. - Is experienced in booking and ticketing processes and well-versed in the adventures on offer - Maintains the visual appeal and cleanliness of the reception area, handles food, and monitors and replenishes retail offerings. - Assists with department open and closing procedures. - Conducts regular inspections & audits of work areas to identify & remedy potential safety hazards or issues. - Maintains a high level of aesthetic appeal across the reception and retail areas of our unique adventure park, ensuring the enjoyment and satisfaction of our customers.
