About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as Salesforce Quality Analyst (QA). In this role, you will ensure the reliability, accuracy, performance, and scalability of our Salesforce platform. You will execute quality assurance across configuration, integrations, automation, and releases while partnering closely with Administrators, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders. You will help deliver defect-free releases, increase user trust in Salesforce data, and reduce rework and production incidents.
