Maintenance Technician III (2nd Shift)

Job description

Overview THE ROLE: The First Shift Production Maintenance Technician III will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair, preventative maintenance, and installation tasks both on the facilities, physical plant equipment, as well as production equipment, and machinery. This position requires demonstration of competency for all activities that either directly or indirectly affect product safety and quality. The individual will work onsite at our state of art Innovation and Manufacturing facility in Winston-Salem, NC. HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: Grade level movement dependent on demonstrated equipment knowledge, tracked via Maintenance Training Matrix. - Adhere to all company and OSHA safety rules, policies and regulations. - Perform safety and environmental inspections, as required. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Perform assigned PM and PdM tasks. - Utilization of predictive maintenance tools (ultrasonic, vibration analysis, laser alignment). - Proactively look for equipment trends, root causes and variances.
