Location: London, One Braham About the role: This role involves the management of sales activity for the some of the largest Police forces in England. This role holds accountability for delivering annual revenue and New Business across your account base which will require a thorough understanding of the Sales process, including how budgets are aligned and used for resourcing to win new business with a high degree of autonomy with customer relationships whilst adhering to BT’s code of practice. What you’ll be doing: - Proactively driving the Account Strategy function by owning the creation of and managing the ongoing Account strategy and Account Development Plan for the customers - Takes responsibility for developing successful, sustainable and profitable long- term relationships with customers within a complex hierarchy structure, to include responsibility for escalation management to appropriate level - Proactively develops a strong understanding of the customer’s known ( and unknown) requirements and transformational roadmap.
