Parts Associate

Job description

Description The Parts Associate will be responsible for managing and organizing parts inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations. This role does not involve direct customer interaction, but does involve vendor interaction by placing orders, and exchanges/returns/cores. Key Responsibilities: - Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts and supplies. - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate inventory records of parts going to the shop. - Stock Control: Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as necessary to ensure adequate supply. - Quality Assurance: Inspect parts for quality and report any discrepancies or defects. - Warehouse Organization: Ensure parts are stored in an orderly and accessible manner while keeping the parts department clean. - Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and technicians.
