The opportunity Hitachi Energy is establishing anAI Center of Competence (AI CoC)within HVDC Engineering to accelerate the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across engineering, project delivery, operations, and lifecycle services. We are seeking a highly drivenAI Program Managerto build this initiative from the ground up. You will shape the vision, structure, governance, and execution model of the AI CoC, working across global engineering, digital, IT, and business stakeholders. This is a strategic, high-impact role combining program leadership, organizational development, and AI transformation. How youll make an impact AI Center of Competence Establishment: Define and build the AI Center of Competence from the ground up by setting its vision, operating model, governance, engagement framework, and success metrics aligned with HVDC and Hitachi Energy strategy.
