Come join us at our newly opened Manufacturing Facility Shift: Pay: Newly Updated Pay - Associates start at $24.25 as an hourly rate. Importantly associates have a clear path to compensation growth through skill development and training milestones. We're excited to roll out this new growth-based pay program, and most associates can expect to see this increase between 3–6 months, depending on progress.
