Employment and Incentives Senior Associate Location: Amsterdam: We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate to join our Employment & Incentives team in our Amsterdam office. As part of a global team of over 135 employment lawyers, you will work closely with partners, senior and junior team members across the globe to provide expert legal advice in employment matters, both litigious and transactional, and advise our clients to manage employment risks. Role: As a Senior Associate in our Employment & Incentives team you will: - advise on restructuring and the employment aspects of corporate transactions - manage disputes and litigation - advise on international compensation and incentive plans - advise on employee participation, equality law and global mobility matters - assist our international clients on the day-to-day (remote) management of their Dutch workforce - supervise and mentor junior members of the team About you: At Pinsent Masons we do things a bit differently and look for high performers who are not afraid to try new things and question the status quo.
