Job description

Job/Position main responsibilities: - Completion of assigned equipment PM activities as scheduled by CMMS. - Repair and troubleshoot injection press mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. - Repair and troubleshoot cementing/coating mechanical, electrical, and spraying systems. - Repair and troubleshoot assembly machines and hydraulic presses. - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using machine schematics and assembly drawings. - Perform service and repair of electrical systems up to 480VAC. - Plan and complete electrical installations, including conduit, wire sizing, and grounding. - Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC and control system issues. - Complete and accurately enter work activity into CMMS. - Daily housekeeping and 5S of work areas and maintenance shop. - Knowledge and practice of Hutchinson’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures, and requirements. - Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: The employee must have good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with maintenance staff and personnel from other company departments.
