Introduction: Are you an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial leadership and a track record of delivering major works and capital programmes? Can you provide robust cost forecasting and CVR reporting, lead complex tendering and procurement, and confidently manage contract risk (JCT/NEC) to help deliver safe, high-quality homes? What’s the role?: Reporting to the Head of Stock Investment & Asset Management, you will lead a team of Quantity Surveyors to oversee the financial, commercial and contractual management of major works and construction projects across the Housing Directorate.
