Job Overview The Marvin Technical Support Department delivers exceptional, timely, and professional support to customers by providing expert guidance on product capabilities, limitations, special pricing, and estimating. This team collaborates cross-functionally with departments such as Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, and Signature Services to ensure accurate and efficient solutions. A core objective of the department is responsiveness. Faced with complex and highly specific customer requests, the team strives to meet exact specifications or, when not feasible, offer well-considered alternative solutions.
