Why This Role Matters Based in Savills’ Melbourne CBD office, the Analyst will support the Industrial & Logistics team by delivering market research, analysis, and insight to inform client advice and business decisions. Working closely with the Industria team’s Senior Analyst, the role involves analysing market activity and trends, preparing presentations and marketing material, maintaining research databases, and assisting with financial modelling. The position suits a detail-oriented graduate or early-career analyst with a strong interest in the industrial property market and a desire to build a long-term career in commercial real estate.
