Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the individual's needs are met and providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home and the community. Responsibilities: Qualifications: Job Types - In-Home Services - Full time (40+ weekly) Part Time (20 hours weekly) Full time- Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 7:30AM-4PM and Thursdays 7:30am-8pm Part time- 5:15-8pm Tues and Thurs and then Sundays 12:30-7:30pm Benefits: - Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship. - Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration. - Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community. - Assist the individual in completing daily living activities for a total care client - High school diploma or equivalent. - Valid driver's license. - Ability to pass a background check. - Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Compassionate and patient deme...
