Senior HRIS & Reporting Analyst

Job description

Supports the organization’s HR and Total Rewards functions by developing advanced reporting and analytics solutions and supporting HCM modules and integrations within the HCM platform. This role partners with HR and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that enhance reporting capabilities, optimize system functionality, and ensure reliable data integrations across the HCM environment. Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions and ensure data accuracy, usability, and performance - Partner with IT on system integrations by gathering requirements, documenting specifications, defining data mappings, and conducting / coordinating testing.
