About the Role We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Accounting Lead to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, support the accounting team, and help build scalable processes as the company continues to grow. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, solving problems in real time, and helping create structure in a fast-moving environment. As the Accounting Lead, you’ll partner with leadership to ensure smooth operations, improve workflows, and support the development of the team. Accounting Operations & Team Support: - Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across the team, including general ledger activity, reconciliations, and month-end close processes - Review work and help ensure accounting deliverables are completed accurately and on time - Serve as a resource for troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and supporting the team through day-to-day challenges - Step into operational accounting work as needed to support the team, manage workload fluctuations and help move priorities forward - Help maintain organized and reliable financial data and reporting processes - Identify workflow gaps or inefficiencies and help implement process...
