xx Clockwork Construction, Inc. is a General Contractor that specializes in restaurant and commercial construction. Currently, we are looking for an experienced Superintendent to supervise remodel, conversion and ground up projects. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a proven track record of being able to finish projects on time, supervising both subcontractors and self-performance labor and delivering quality projects. Key Responsibilities: Management of all onsite activities, including all aspects of general operations, compliance, logistics, and reporting. Coordinate, schedule and manage construction workers, subcontractors and suppliers in collaboration with the Project Manager Order and track tools, materials and equipment Ensures all employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety policy. Maintains an organized, clean and SWPPP compliant job site, including the construction office. Schedule and coordinate all building inspections as necessary throughout the project.
