Job Description The Crew Leader’s role is to direct, oversee and participate in the daily work of the engaged project with their installers. They will report directly to the Regional Install Manager, and serve as the on-site liaison between management, customers and the installers. The Crew Leader must provide clear and concise direction for their crew, while setting the standard example of brand standards and conduct.
