Job Summary The Event Sales Manager plays a key role in securing corporate meetings and private social events at Hotel X Toronto, a Destination by Hyatt. This position is responsible for managing the sales cycle from initial inquiry through to contract signing, handling local catering and event opportunities with fewer than 10 guest rooms. The Event Sales Manager builds strong client relationships, understands each client’s needs, and develops tailored proposals that align with their vision and the hotel’s offerings. Working closely with internal teams, they ensure clear communication and a seamless transition to the Catering Services Manager to detail, while delivering a professional, engaging sales experience that reflects the brand standards of Hotel X Toronto.
