Job Title: Lead Maintenance Technician Location: Columbus, OH Job Type: Full Time, On-site Compensation and Benefits: - Base Salary: $65K–$75K/year commensurate with experience - Health Insurance - PTO and Holiday Pay - Quarterly Bonus Structure Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Lead Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our residential portfolio. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can operate independently, and helps keep things running smoothly across multiple properties. You’ll play a key role in completing service requests, executing unit turns, and supporting overall property upkeep while assisting in coordinating day-to-day maintenance activities.
