Bulk Infrastructure is looking for a Project Cost Controller to track costs, identify deviations early, and actively mitigate cost risk across large‑scale data centre construction projects. The Project Cost Controller sits within the PMO and reports to the VP PMO. The role operates close to the projects, acting as a hands‑on financial partner to Project Managers across large‑scale data centre construction projects. The position is responsible for close follow‑up of cost performance, early identification of deviations and financial risk, and to actively support mitigation to ensure disciplined execution, transparency, and cost control across multiple parallel, capital‑intensive projects.
