Overview With your expert knowledge of clinical pharmacy, healthcare standards of practice and desire to implement engaging professional development materials, you will help us to create the safest and most welcoming environment for those we treat. Responsibilities: The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the site-specific coordination of clinical and quality improvement activities. The Clinical Coordinator will participate as a member of a clinical team, composed of Clinical Coordinators from each Legacy hospital, and the Manager for Clinical/Quality Improvement. The team will design, implement and evaluate all activities related to the drug formulary, drug therapy monitoring, and professional development on a Legacy-wide basis. Education: As required by licensure. Residency training preferred. Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in hospital practice required (five years preferred). Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions. . Licensure: Current Registered Pharmacist License (RPh) for applicable state required.
