Overview The Strategic Partnerships Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic partner accounts across Travel, Renters, Event & Ticket insurance, and emerging lines of business. This role owns day-to-day relationship management and account execution—partnering closely with Client Operations and internal cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery, issue resolution, and expansion opportunities. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: · Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic partners, building trust and ensuring a high-quality client experience · Maintain a strong understanding of the partner’s business model, objectives, operational workflows, and success criteria · Own routine client communications, meeting cadence, and follow-through on commitments · Lead issue management: triage, coordinate internal response, communicate status, and drive timely resolution Account Strategy & Growth: · Develop and maintain account plans that identify growth opportunities, risks, and key initiatives · Identify and advance upsell/cross-sell opportunities (new products, new placements, coverage enhancements, new geogra...
