Your responsibilities: - You are the first point of contact via phone or e-mail for our B2B customers in the Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway). - As their competent partner, you will support them in all their questions related to orders and deliveries and support them in the best way possible. - Your duties also include the acceptance of orders by phone and e-mail and the processing in our ERP system. - Servicing our already registered dealers is your focus, but you also help to win new customers and interest them in a cooperation with Parts Europe.
