Experienced Social Worker Open Day – Thursday 26 th March 2026: Children’s Family Help and Safeguarding are holding a Social Work Recruitment in-person event for experienced social workers! Date: Thursday 26th March 2026 In Person Event Time: 15:00 – 19:00 Location: 5 Pancras Square, Kings Cross, London, N1C 4AG - * This event is for Qualified, Experienced Social Workers who are registered with SWE ** Salary on offer: £49,167.50 - £52,329 (dependant on experience) You will also be entitled to the following additional payments: - Salary on offer: £49,167.50 - £52,329 (dependant on experience) - Reimbursement of the cost of Social Work England fee - Travel Allowance: A travel allowance of £1,788. This allowance will be paid monthly and is subject to taxation and National Insurance deductions but is not pensionable and will therefore not count towards the calculation of your pension. - Retention Payments for CIN, CYPDS & LAC: - £2,000 at the end of Year 3 Your continued commitment to Camden’s social work services will be recognised with a retention payment of £2,000 at the conclusion of your third year of service.
