GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Provide daily supervision over production staff, and machine operators, to ensure personnel safety, food safety, product quality and production objectives are met and processes are followed, in alignment with organizational objectives ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Continuously improve working conditions through safety, quality, productivity, and cost control - Manage and assign routine tasks to production team and provide support towards the completion of tasks through ensuring they have the proper tools, supplies, and other resources to be successful - Assist in the training, development, and coaching of production team - Assist in the development of standard operating procedures, safety practices an...
