EMEA Rates Swaps Product Controller – Associate

Job description

The EMEA Rates Securities business is responsible for managing a broad range of cash rates products across developed and emerging markets. This includes government bonds, inflation-linked bonds, bills, repos, and other fixed income securities, supporting client flow, market-making activity, inventory management, and hedging strategies across multiple jurisdictions and currencies in a dynamic market environment. As an Associate Product Controller in the EMEA Rates Team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate P&L and Market Risk reporting. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders such as Front Office, Middle Office, Market Risk, Business Managers, and various teams across Finance. Job Responsibilities: Review and report daily P&L and risk metrics. Validate and analyse daily P&L explanations, including Volcker attributions, first and higher order effects, and residuals. Perform month-end close reconciliations between the P&L Aggregator and General Ledger. Identify, design, and implement new controls and processes to enhance P&L production efficiency and align with Global Product Control standards.
