Returns and Test Bench Associate

Job Summary The Returns Associate will be responsible for testing, grading, and documenting the quality of returned electronic products such as radios, speakers, and amplifiers. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to ensure products meet functional and cosmetic standards before being processed for resale, destruction, or reclamation. The associate will also perform additional warehouse tasks as needed, maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Functional Testing & Quality Grading: - Test all returned electronic products (radios, speakers, amplifiers, etc.) for functionality using established checklists and procedures. - Grade the quality of products based on performance, appearance, and condition. Receiving & Processing: - Receive and process incoming returned electronics. - Ensure proper documentation and accurate record-keeping for all returned items. Inspection for Cosmetic Damage: - Inspect items for visible cosmetic damage prior to shipment. - Identify defective products and determine the appropriate disposition, including repair, scrap, or return to the vendor.
