Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Work Shift: Days/Afternoons (United States of America) Job Description: The Trauma Program Manager (TPM) is fundamental to the development, implementation, and evaluation of the trauma program. The TPM is a Registered Nurse (RN) who coordinates the management across the continuum of trauma patient care. This involvement includes planning and implementation of clinical protocols and practice management guidelines, monitoring the care of in-hospital trauma patients, and serving as a resource for clinical practice. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collaboratively with the Trauma Medical Director and other members of the trauma team, coordinates management across the continuum of trauma care, which includes planning and implementation of clinical protocol and practice management guidelines, monitoring the care of in-hospital patients, and serving as a resource for clinical practice.
