About the role The Contract Reporting Analyst is responsible for preparing, managing, and submitting all required reports to state agencies in compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of reporting while maintaining strong internal controls and documentation. Annual Salary Range: $60K USD: What you'll be doing: - Collect, analyze, and validate data from internal systems and stakeholders to prepare state-mandated reports. - Ensure compliance with all state-specific reporting requirements, deadlines, and formatting standards. - Track reporting calendars and maintain detailed documentation for audits and reviews. - Collaborate with internal departments (finance, procurement, supplier diversity, contracts, etc.) to gather required information. - Monitor regulatory changes and update reporting processes accordingly. - Maintain a repository of submitted reports and support documentation for future reference. - Support audits, requests for information, and compliance reviews by state agencies. - Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of reporting.
