Step into a high-impact role where you'll own the market, build relationships, and directly shape rental revenue across a multi-market territory. Compensation: $55,000 base salary + performance-based commission Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Primary Location: 3200 I-30, Little Rock, AR 72206 Territory: Little Rock, Texarkana, Conway: Overnight Travel: Texarkana: a few days every other week with overnight stays | Little Rock/Conway: none required The Branch Rental Manager will increase rental margin and revenue. This is done by maximum utilization of vehicles, controlling operational costs and an aggressive marketing strategy to include planning for future customer needs. Responsible for outside sales, customer retention, fleet management, daily cash log and the marketing plan. Insure operational efficiency at the branch through effective people development (hiring, training, supervising and motivating).
