This role requires focused attention on interpreting IONM data to ensure patient safety and the preservation of neural structures during surgery. Job Responsibilities: Evaluate intraoperative neuromonitoring plans based on the surgical procedure, neural risks, clinical presentation, medical history, and radiologic findings. Recommend anesthetic regimens to enhance data quality. Guide neuromonitoring technologists in data acquisition, recording, and troubleshooting. Confirm baseline data quality and monitor changes in real-time. Interpret significant data changes and recommend interventions, including promptly communicating with the surgical team.
