Why Work at Regis? Job Summary: The Transition-to-Work Coordinator supports students with intellectual disabilities as they prepare for the transition from college to post-graduation life. This role encompasses comprehensive transition planning, including job search and application support and coordination of independent living, community integration, emotional and physical wellness, and social engagement. The Transition-to-Work Coordinator serves as a strategic liaison between students and their support networks—including the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), families, residential providers, benefits counselors, and employers—ensuring collaboration and person-centered planning throughout the transition process.
