Summary: CHS is seeking a skilled Maintenance Foreman to support our Lubricants team at the Inver Grove Heights blending and packaging facility. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee daily maintenance operations, guide a team of technicians, and ensure our equipment, systems, and processes run safely, efficiently, and reliably.
