Job description

Purpose of Position: Amalgamated Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to be responsible for the overall business development of the Branch Office. This role will achieve established Branch performance metrics for business, transaction accounts, loans, investments and insurance sales. This role will also manage the daily operations of the Branch, ensuring adherence to Bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines. The Branch Manager maintains the operational integrity of the branch and ensures the branch operates within banking laws and compliance to mitigate exposure and risk. The Branch Manager will also assume responsibility for solving customer problems, ensure all commitments to customers are met in a timely manner and each response is complete and accurate.
