Job Description Overview: We are seeking a Health, Safety, and Security Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As a member of the Corporate Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team, the HSE Manager provides HSE technical support and guidance to all levels of management in a Subsidiary/Group Company and helps to ensure the Subsidiary/Group Company complies with all applicable federal, state, and local HSE-related regulations as well as firm policies, procedures, and operating instructions. Your role: Provides technical expertise and advice in HSE-related requirements and issues to all levels of management in the Subsidiary/Group Company. Provides the Subsidiary/Group Company project/program management staff with HSE technical support in their development of project-specific HSE plans, identification of HSE-related project budget and staffing resource requirements, and other project[1]specific issues related to program/project HSE compliance and operational requirements.
