About the Role: We have a current opening for a Global Industrial Excellence and Autonomous Maintenance Expert and are actively reviewing applications. In this position, you will be responsible for the development and deployment of Ferrero Operational Excellence (FOX) methodologies related to Lean Manufacturing / World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), with a focus on the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) pillar. Main Responsibilities: In this role, you will lead and ensure the AM implementation plan is aligned with leadership to support the Plant priorities and follows the Ferrero FOX methodology. Together with Area Industrial Performance Manager you will create a strategy for the effective deployment of Autonomous Maintenance practices and standards and to drive breakthrough results in a very sustainable way. Moreover, you will develop and improve AM methodologies and related procedures. You will coach Plants’ referents on FOX principles and AM methodologies, leveraging on the "train-the-trainer" concept.
