Department: 34319 Sardis Oaks - Skilled Nursing Facility Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Full-time 3-11 shift, every 4th weekend. This position is Sign on Bonus eligible. Based on eligibility. Pay Range: $25.30 - $37.95 Located in southeast Charlotte near SouthPark and Cotswold, Atrium Health Sardis Oaks is an award-winning nursing and rehabilitation facility with 119 beds. We provide short term rehab, long term care, palliative care, and hospice care and are committed to enhancing the quality of life and well-being of all our residents. LPN teammates at this facility will assist with medication administration, assessments, wound care, bedside care, lab draws, and IV starts. Sardis Oaks has on-site doctors or nurse practitioners five days a week.
