Overview The Inside Sales Representative builds and maintains long-term relationships with an assigned segment of fleet customers in the trucking industry. This role supports customers in managing their maintenance and repair needs across the Boss Truck Shops network by providing reliable, consultative service solutions. This role focuses on customer retention and growth through consistent communication follow-up, and collaboration with shop leadership and service teams to deliver a dependable, positive customer experience.
