This is an acute care position. Responsibilities: Evaluation and Treatment Implementation: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients across all age groups—from neonates to geriatrics—using age- and disability-appropriate assessments to establish baselines and develop individualized treatment plans that promote functional improvement. Assess patient abilities and limitations including neuromuscular movement and stability, sensation, perception, muscle strength, range of motion, body mechanics, vocational and prevocational abilities (adults), and developmental milestones (pediatrics). Evaluate patients’ home and work environments and recommend necessary physical barrier modifications or ergonomic adaptations to support safety and function.
