As a Utility Coordinator you will play a critical role in the collaboration process that delivers exciting infrastructure projects timely and efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to lead coordination efforts, collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, and contribute to projects that will help improve the quality of life for the travelling public. Job Duties: - Schedule and facilitate coordination meetings with third-party utility companies and other stakeholders - Attend meetings, take detailed notes, distribute meeting notes, and track action items - Coordinate utility coordination efforts with utility infrastructure owners on behalf of Federal, State, and Local agencies - Prepare project documentation, letters, and agreements - Provide document control and agreement tracking - Follow Federal and State codes, administrative rules, regulations and requirements for...
