The opportunity: Cover all public, small-cap and mid-cap companies in the financial sector . Rigorously research individual companies and recommend stocks for investment. The team: We are a team of five sector specialists, with a long track record, managing more than $2 billion of assets. Each of us serves as the subject matter expert for their sector. However, our process is unique in that every investment recommendation is shared with the entire team, not just the portfolio manager. Culture is important to us. We are passionate small cap investors looking for an equally passionate teammate. The sharing of opinions, recommendations, and experiences is encouraged and expected. Position Responsibilities: Complete deep, independent fundamental analysis of companies, including the assessment of overall company quality (competitive positioning, management, etc.) and financial statement analysis to make investment recommendations.
